APARNA DAS

I am Aparna Das, a journalist and a recent Graduate from University of Washington’s Master of Communication in Digital Media (MCDM) program.

 

I am an explorer-experimenter-creator at heart. My love for story-telling started as a child when my parents had to concoct a new bed-time fable every night. It was the same craving that made me a journalist.

 

I believe in content that elevates user experience. I follow that passion to craft beautiful, simple, meaningful stories.

 

Also an advocate for women’s rights, I founded Project Black Noise, a forum to share stories of gender bias against women in India. I am an avid photographer and enjoy cooking.
